Aging Process

Our bodies are able to mix the fat that is needed for health. Such as vitamin F and polyunsaturated fatty acids omega3 and omega6 which can be found in our diet.

Omega3 fatty acids are a local hormone regulator, which controls a number of critical paths associated with inflammation, premature aging, cancer growth, coagulation, and immune disorders. It has been proven that a diet with omega3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease, may also lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and prevent blood clotting and stimulate blood circulation. Dietary omega3 fatty acids, also can reduce the problem of depression, varicose veins, arthritis and cognitive disorders, which mostly occurs at a certain age.

Omega3 fatty acid containing docosahexaenoic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and alpha-linolenic acid which is very important and nutritious. It is advisable to consume docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid per gram per day is derived from animal fats, or consume 2-3 grams per day is derived from vegetable fats. If you have difficulties to get it, you can also replace it with the body to consume supplements containing linseed oil and fish oil.

Omega6 fatty acids are also highly needed by the body to produce chemicals that can regulate inflammation in the body. However, if the intake of fatty acids omega6 too excessive, will cause blood clotting and inflammatory injury. Today, modern diets tend to have too many fatty acids omega3 fatty acids omega6 compared, with the scale of 10: 1. This imbalance can cause arthritis, depression, stroke, heart attack, inflammation, osteoporosis and some cancers.

Aging process is about how we are actively involved through and enjoy it.
